This online text-based chat simulates the traditional "support group" setting, except that it is virtual and accessed via computer or mobile device/phone. The chat site's primary focus is on suicide prevention, though acceptable chat topics include anything mental health related, including anyone with diagnosed mental illness, AND those who suffer depression and/or suicidal thoughts, trauma, and grief. |

Play For All Park - Round Rock, Texas
The mission of this park is to provide a safe, fun place to play and develop new skills for children of all abilities in Round Rock and surrounding areas. The Play for All Abilities Park serves the more than 100,000 children of Williamson County with an estimated 7,945 children with a disability.
This large gated park includes a variety of play opportunities designed to stimulate and encourage the development of several skill sets such as gross and fine motor skills, social interaction, sense of discovery, creativity and strengthening exercises.
The park is located at the existing Rabb Park, off of HWY 79 and A.W. Grimes Blvd.
PHOTO REVIEW
The park itself, which is gated in for the protection of the children, has a variety of activities ranging from traditional playscape style setups (including wheelchair accessible swings!), but adds an atmosphere of a mini-city as well. There is a grocery store, house, library, car dealer, fire station, medical clinic, and music stage (complete with instruments that really work). There are street lights, stop signs, miniature roads for big wheel type riding, and of course there are rest room facilities. These photos depict some of the park's features and activities.
